There's a couple with different things, though the readability isn't that great, and what they say may not appeal to you. At that point, you may want to look into creating your own brushes. They're not to had and you can do anything you want to. Just grab a font, type your quote, edit the text effects a little to make it look good, and then save it as a brush.

I personally haven't found any guides for doing exactly that, however, you can use the basic idea of a couple of tutorials to help you out.
